Prague in Pictures

For the second part of our anniversary trip Billy and I went to Prague. Visually, the city is overwhelming! Billy is an architect so needless to say we did a lot of sight seeing and marveling at the magnificent architecture.

Outside Prague Castle. This castle complex is enormous! You can spend a whole day getting lost here, which we did and would definitely recommend to do. The castle dates back to the 9th century and the architecture is incredible.

One of Prague’s many bridges. You can take a boat ride down the river which we did one night, it was really cool to see the city from the water all lit up.

St. Vitus Cathedral all lit up at night. We could see it from our hotel, it really is stunning!

Frank Gehry's famous Dancing House! Worth the walk from Prague's center to see it.

Even though it was basically a million degrees (we were there in August) and the city was pretty crowded since it was summer and high tourism season, we had such a great time! I think it would be incredible to visit in the winter when it’s a little less busy with tourists plus it would be so romantic in the winter!
